Nancy E Becker 

Biography

Nancy Becker was born in San Diego, California.

Nancy grew up in Pasadena, California and it was in the nearby Angeles National Forest that she discovered her passion for the outdoors. Her experiences on horseback allowed her to explore her affinity for nature and animals, both of which are echoed in her art work today. Artistic creation has been an essential element of Nancy’s life from a very young age. During formative years she constantly drew and painted. She graduated with honors in Art from Pasadena High School. She received a B.A. in Art from the University of Colorado, and a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from California College of the Arts in Oakland, California.  She taught school and continued to study different types of artistic expression, becoming an accomplished silversmith, an endeavor she continues today.
