Koem Boo is an ancient Korean technique used to adhere gold to fine silver. Here the process creates the golden shapes on these dangle earrings. 24 kt gold foil is cut to size and fused to fine silver using heat and burnishing. The fine silver is oxidized, creating a black surface.
